Bulk Moderation Appeals
A friendly, easy-to-use web app that helps Roblox players submit, track, and manage their moderation appeals. It checks eligibility, shows infraction history, and keeps everyone updated in real time.
Project Overview
Bulk Moderation Appeals was made to make the appeals process less stressful for everyone. Players can log in with Roblox, see their infraction history, and submit appeals in just a few clicks. The interface is clean and welcoming, and updates happen in real time so you always know what's going on. Staff get a clear view of each case, and the system connects smoothly with our main moderation web app.
Development Process
Challenges
Handling all the different rules for who can appeal (and when) was tricky, and we needed to keep the app fast even when lots of people were checking their status. Making the UI friendly for everyone, including on mobile, was also a big focus.
Solutions
Eligibility checks run both on the client and server, so that players can immediatelly tell which infractions they're eligible to appeal. The UI is built with TailwindCSS and Framer Motion for a modern, accessible feel. All actions are logged for transparency, and webhook APIs make it easy to connect with other Bulk Games systems.
Results & Impact
Since launch, appeal processing time has dropped by over 80% (from several days to just a couple hours). Players get clear, real-time updates, and staff can review cases much faster. The platform has made appeals more transparent and feedback from both players and moderators has been overwhelmingly positive.
